April 27, 2024, ROME, ITALY – At the Papal Basilica of Saint Paul’s Outside the Walls in Rome, Italy, Cardinal Luis Antonio Gokim Tagle, Archbishop Emeritus of Manila and Pro-prefect of the Section for the First Evangelization and the new particular churches of the Dicastery for Evangelization, ordained 20 Legionaries of Christ to the priesthood. Concelebrating alongside Cardinal Gokim Tagle were Bishops Robert Fisher, auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Detroit (Michigan), and Fr. Brian Farrell, LC. More than 180 priests also concelebrated the Eucharist, and the Mass was attended by thousands of friends, family, and Regnum Christi members of all vocations from around the world – Legionaries of Christ, Consecrated Women, Lay Consecrated Men, and lay members.
